These are the terms for using this website and for the estimates and messages that come from it. Short version: estimates are free, a job is agreed in writing, and you can opt out of texts any time.
Using this site
By using dancopainting.com you agree to these terms. Use the site for its intended purpose: learning about our services and requesting an estimate. Do not attempt to interfere with it, scrape it, or submit false requests.
Estimates and quotes
Estimates are free. Submitting the request form, calling, or texting does not create a contract and does not obligate you to hire us or us to perform work. A job is agreed when you accept a written estimate from us. Prices on a written estimate are good for the period stated on it; material costs and the scope you choose can change the final figure, and any change is agreed with you in writing before the work changes.
Nothing on this site is a price quote. Every property is different, which is why we look before we quote.
Current offer
Our current offer is 10% off qualifying jobs of $2,500 and up. Whether a job qualifies is confirmed on your written estimate. The offer may be updated or withdrawn at any time; the terms shown on your written estimate are the terms that apply to your job.
Workmanship guarantee
Danco Painting stands behind the work. If something we did fails because of how we did it, tell us and we will come back and make it right. The guarantee covers our workmanship; it does not cover damage from impact, water intrusion from sources outside the work we did, settling or movement of the structure, or normal wear. The specifics for your job are written on your estimate.
Text messaging terms
By providing your mobile number and opting in (by checking the consent box on our request form or by texting us first), you agree to receive text messages from Danco Painting about your estimate, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and follow-ups about your project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help, or call (918) 935-1780. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
